During periods of high demand, Pro users may experience potential wait times. TTSMaker reserves the right to adjust service delivery dynamically to ensure fair and optimal use of resources.

• Character Volume Limit: Depending on the user's subscription level (lite/pro/studio), a different high-speed synthesis character volume quota will be provided for each billing cycle, up to a maximum of 10 million characters.
• Excess Usage: Once a user's character usage exceeds the limit allowed by their subscription level within any billing cycle, the user will automatically be switched to slow synthesis and queued processing until the start of the next billing cycle.
• Priority Adjustment: Users who exceed their quota will have their synthesis requests processed at a lower priority during the queuing period compared to users who have not exceeded their quota.
