Refund conditions

1. Unused subscriptions

• No characters used, refund request can be initiated within 30 days after deduction of fees.
• If you use less than 500 characters, you can initiate a refund request within 7 days of deducting the fee.

2. Payment errors, fraud, technical issues

TTSMaker will refund purchases made within the past 30 days if:

• If it is determined that your account has been taken over by a third party and used fraudulently, or you have been charged in error by TTSMaker.
• You must contact us within 30 days of the disputed charge for us to issue a refund.
• Technical issues.

Under what circumstances cannot a refund be given?

• Partial refunds are not available. If you use more than 500 characters during a billing period and then cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund of your charges.
• Any refund request made after 30 days from the date of subscription (including any trial period).

How to request a refund

You can submit a refund request by sending an email to [email protected] and we will process it within 7 days.

In addition: TTSMaker allows one refund for a single account. If the number of refunds reaches two, TTSMaker will restrict the account from purchasing any subscription plans.
